The following must be complied with:

• Commence at 7am and finish at 2pm for two consecutive Sundays
• Two adult representatives from the community group will manage the Market car park at all times
• Display a visible sign to indicate the full name of the community group
• Notify the Market Manager before 7am that you are on site and will manage the Market car park
• Inform drivers that this is a fund raising activity and that all monies received will go to the community group
• Manage the rotation of cars in and out of the car park in a professional manner
